Every since Melanie was a child, she saw potential in people and wanted to help them fulfill it.

After business school, she co-founded the non-profit Aspire to bring more diversity into tech. To date, she has facilitated several educational programs such as Startup Weekend, the Aspire Accelerator & Mentorship Program and TEDxZurich.

Working closely with developers at Ginetta, she started to learn to code. Melanie is committed to building a purpose-driven, diverse and fun community of Master21 students, team members and organizations.

Rodrigo fell in love with computers over 20 years ago. After completing his apprenticeship as a programmer, he founded Codegestalt together with Daniel.

His purpose is to help others solve problems in a straightforward and pragmatic way. In 2012, he started sharing his love for coding by organizing and coaching Rails Girls events.

Rodrigo makes sure that the course curriculum and learning experience reflect todays challenges.

Daniel is a problem solver by heart.

Since writing his first line of code in 2007, he founded Codegestalt, organized multiple Rails Girls events, and built software solutions that get used daily by thousands of people.

With his expertise in designing and developing digital products, he ensures that Master21 offers a state of the art curriculum fit for the modern day and age.

Feyyaz loves learning about new technologies so that he can explain and teach difficult concepts.

He has a background in product management and business, having created multiple projects and small ventures using both code and no-code approaches.

He’s focused on solving problems, not dwelling on them - an executer by nature.
