Introduction

Codegestalt GmbH (“Codegestalt”) is a limited liability company with registered office in Liestal, Switzerland. Codegestalt provides continuing education and courses.

These Terms shall exclusively be governed by Swiss substantive law, excluding all conflict of law provisions.

The Parties hereto consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zurich, Canton of Zurich, Switzerland, with respect to any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in relation to these Terms, including the validity, invalidity, breach or termination thereof.

Course Fees

The online registration is binding and obliges you to pay the course fee. If you don’t pay the course fee, we don’t consider this as a cancellation. A deposit of CHF 500 is due 10 days after acceptance to the course. The remaining balance of the tuition is due before the course begins. The amount can also be paid in 2 instalments, the first must be paid before the beginning of the course and the second instalment by the end of the course at the latest.

Course changes by Codegestalt

At times, we may have to change the location, date or postpone a course or workshop. We will endeavour to give you the maximum amount of advance notice possible. If you’re unable to attend at the revised location or date, you will receive a full credit of any prepaid fees against a future course, or if requested, a full refund.

In order to be able to conduct our courses under optimal conditions, we define a minimum and a maximum number of participants for each course. If the number of participants is insufficient, the course will generally not be held and you will receive a full credit of any prepaid fees against a future course, or if requested, a full refund.

Codegestalt is not liable for any other costs incurred due to a postponement or a cancellation of a course or workshop. This includes travel charges or other consequential damages, even if we are advised of them at the time of postponement.

Cancellation & drop out by the client

We want our courses to work for your schedule and your life. If you have to cancel your participation two weeks before the start date of the course 50% will be refunded. If you cancel after that period, we will not refund the course fee. However, you can pass your seat to another person with written approval of Codegestalt or move into another session within 12 months as of the program’s start date, if the course still exists and a seat is available.

Similarly, if you drop out of the course, we will not refund the course fee. However, you can catch up the missed sessions within 12 months as of the program’s start date if the course still exists and a seat is available.

Satisfaction guarantee

We want you to get value out of the program and love learning with us. That’s why we measure our programs’ success by your increased competence & confidence. Therefore we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee for the coding bootcamp. Here’s how it works. If after completing the program, you don’t feel more confident talking with developers, we’ll gladly refund you your entire course fee. We’ll ask for your completed homework and make sure you attended all the campus days, to make sure you gave it a go. We also ask what didn’t work for you so we can learn and improve. If these conditions are met, you’ll get a swift and complete refund. You can make a request for a refund until 30 days after graduation from our courses.

Visuals

Codegestalt occasionally takes photos and videos of the participants during the course. All photo and video material taken by Codegestalt during a course is the property of Codegestalt and may be used by Codegestalt for promotional purposes. If you do not want to appear on the visuals, you always have the opportunity to inform Codegestalt before the recording.
